JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for driving new revenue growth and expanding DIR Transportation’s customer base through direct prospecting, client meetings, and contract negotiation. The Transportation Broker Agent (Outside Sales) proactively seeks, secures, and manages new customer relationships and shipping lanes to generate consistent revenue. The goal is to expand DIR’s transportation footprint, open new markets, and deliver measurable business growth.
